One Sony 4K camcorder is included in the standard kit.

We check and prepare the camera before shipping so your guests do not need to set up a camera from scratch. The point is simple: pick it up, pass it around, and record.

A dedicated camcorder also changes the way people use it. It gets carried around, talked into, handed from friend to friend, and left rolling for the little moments phones often miss.

Power for the Party

3 Batteries + Charger

From getting ready to the after-party, there can be a lot worth filming.

Your kit includes three camera batteries plus the charger. Rotate batteries as needed and recharge between events or overnight so the camera is ready again when the next part of the weekend starts.

Everything you need to keep filming is already with you.

Room for the Whole Weekend

High-Capacity 256GB Memory Card

A high-capacity 256GB memory card is installed in the camera before it arrives. You do not need to provide a card or transfer footage during the weekend.

Use it for welcome drinks, rehearsal events, getting ready, the wedding, cocktail hour, the reception, the after-party, and brunch the next morning.

No hourly limits. Record as much as you want while you have it.

If something feels worth filming, film it.

After we receive the returned kit, all usable raw clips are generally delivered to your online gallery within 72 hours. Your finished Weekend Tape and raw footage remain available in the gallery for one year.

For After Dark

Small LED Camera Light

Weddings don’t stop when the room gets dark.

The kit includes a small LED light for the moments when the room gets dark — receptions, dance floors, outdoor after-parties, or late-night conversations.

It is there when you need it and can stay out of the way when you do not.

The kit is designed to stay organized while it moves through a busy wedding weekend.

Your guests don’t need to know anything about cameras.

The kit includes simple printed 5×7 cards so nobody has to dig through an email or open a tutorial just to start filming.

The cards cover the quick start, filming tips, prompts for when someone asks “What should I film?”, and return guidance for the end of the weekend.

Ask someone a question. Leave a message. Film the room. Follow the person making everyone laugh. Then put the card down and enjoy the wedding.
