We plan for your Weekend Tape kit to arrive approximately 3 days before your wedding date, checked, prepared, and ready to record. That gives you a little breathing room for possible shipping delays and time to check out the camera before the wedding begins.

We typically ship directly to you, and we can work with you on timing around wedding-week travel so the delivery makes sense for your plans. For last-minute bookings, Rush Shipping may be available for $95, subject to kit and carrier availability.

Everything you need is already inside. No complicated setup. No equipment list to figure out.

Everything goes back into the case, and the return instructions are already included. Standard shipping both ways is included with your booking.

Send the kit back within three business days and you’re done.

We take it from here.

When the footage comes back, we go through what your people recorded and find the moments worth keeping.

The conversations. The reactions. The things happening in the background. The moments you didn’t even know were being filmed.

We shape those moments into your 3–5 minute Weekend Tape while keeping the feeling of the footage intact.

You’ll also receive all usable raw footage from the weekend.

Your finished Weekend Tape and all usable raw clips remain available in your online gallery for one year, giving you plenty of time to watch, download, and save everything.

Have drone footage or other wedding-day clips you would love included? You can send supplemental footage digitally after the wedding for consideration. We may incorporate outside clips when they fit the story, but submitted footage is not guaranteed to be used.
